What is the House of Worship Tour?
The House of Worship Tour is an organization founded in 1997 by the National Conference for Community and Justice to promote respect and understanding among people of all (or no) faith traditions.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome to share in this wonderful experience—adults, children, students, seniors are all are welcome!
Does the House of Worship Tour have any bias or preferred religion - is there any attempt to proselytize?
Absolutely not! The House of Worship Tour respects all faith traditions and exists to promote understanding.
If tours are a full-day program, generally from 9AM to 3PM, are meals included?
Lunch is always included, it’s part of the experience! Sometimes we will eat on-site at our House of Worship; on other occasions we eat at famous local restaurants such as Canter’s Deli and Papa Cristo’s Greek Café. Breakfast and dinner are not provided.
Can I sign up for one tour instead of the full series?
Yes! You may register for individual tours. However, there is a discount for full series registration.
